About Tom

Tom Järvheden is the founder and CEO of ZyndraAI, a division of Talkie AB. He has built the platform into one of Sweden’s leading solutions for AI-driven customer service, where companies can automate support, create their own AI agents, and combine generative AI with live human chat within the same interface.

Tom runs ZyndraAI with great personal dedication and handles everything himself, from sales and customer relations to marketing and product strategy. Platform development is carried out in collaboration with a team of selected consultants.

In addition to ZyndraAI, Tom runs several other SaaS products, including "Hey Molly"—an AI tool for marketing and content creation— "Cubitro" (a Swedish CRM system that doesn't charge per user), and "SaleRally" (free sales gamification). The common thread in everything he builds is clear: powerful tools that are easy to get started with, with global potential and sustainable business models.

Tom’s vision for ZyndraAI is to make AI-driven customer service the norm for businesses of all sizes. He believes in combining technology with human service—where AI handles the repetitive tasks so that people can focus on what truly creates value.

When he’s not working on his businesses, Tom works out almost every day, spends time with his family, and enjoys reading about entrepreneurship, technology, and new business ideas.
